Legal security for the existence of mining tittles of the concessions given by the Republic to CVG MINERVEN for a 25 years term, since 1998.

There are services such as electricity, water, urbanisms, telephones, car ways, education and health in the zone.

The demand for electricity is satisfied and the roads connection with centers like Puerto Ordaz guarantees supplies and regional services.
