CVG Minerven is located in a zone considered one of the richest in gold in the world: the mining district of El Callao, in the South of Venezuelan Bolivar State, South America.

CVG Minerven holds twelve 500 hectares concessions, a total of 6000 hectares, located in the Gold District El Callao with rights of exploration, exploitation and processing the ore of gold with seams enclosed in those lands. Concessions were given by Venezuelan State through the former Mining and Hydro Carbons Ministry (current Ministry of Basic Industries and Mining) on January 9th 1973 for a 25 years term, extended for 25 more years in 1998.
