Develops attitudes, aptitudes and trends of human kind in a higher stage of knowledge, social interaction and political maturity for decisions making centered in common interests of the social formation that they integrate and the production way in which they participate economically.

Humans become more honest, hard-worker, responsible and efficient as a result of an Integral Development, and for having achieved it become able to produce more and to have more. True development without people’s integral participation is not conceivable.

We call Local Development an integral improvement and progress movement resulted from the effort of the same beneficiary in such movement (The community), which allows:
  1. People to learn to live better, produce better, make a better use of the existing resources, organize better their consumption and establish a happier family life, with a higher level of life, morality and relationships.

  2. Families from a same minor community to tightly relate ones with the others, to share the same interests, inspirations and objectives and to work in common agreement for the satisfaction of some family or collective necessities, or for solving some common problems, with collaboration of all families and full use of the existing resources.
