To determine necessities and social problems facing Municipalities Roscio, El Callao and Sifontes, through institutional coordinations that allow to know the reality of the places so that decisions can be taken in order to orient resources assignment through donations and / or financial help for social integration projects.

To promote actions related to the social area that allow to contribute to the development of Municipalities Roscio, El Callao and Sifontes.
To evaluate the social impact of the contributions that CVG Minerven makes in its influence area.


To contribute with the integral development (especially social development) of the Municipalities El Callao, Roscio and Sifontes, in order to improve life conditions of human settlements in CVG Minerven’s influence area, through active participation of the organized civil society, government and no government entities.
