Within the context of the new role of CVG Minerven as an enterprise directed by and assigned to MIBAM the enterprise has reoriented its management to adapt it to the new stage of the revolutionary process developed by the Bolivarian government.

To fulfill such a disposition, it will be necessary first, reorient jointly social responsibility programs (donations), as a way to break the old models established and to contribute in increasing the life standard of the community in general and add the region’s socioeconomic development. This new philosophical assimilation involves having as principal objective summing wills up in favor of a capitalization that allows to develop cooperativism, community values, and universalization of the enjoyment of social rights perfectly exploited by the community, organized society, etc.
